Pros: Excellent communication. Starts a week before check-in when your butler messages you and gives you relevant information on your stay including in-room dining menus and asks if there's anything they can do to make your stay better. Chill Check-in. Check-in was probably the best I've experienced anywhere. Very relaxed in a secluded private area. Honours Accor status. I am just a Gold member but still got upgraded to a Signature room on the 25th floor. Also free welcome drink for my and my companion at the swish Writer's Bar. And welcome amenity of chocolates and fruit in the room. Huge room. The room is almost a suite with a separate living area and a HUGE bathroom with bathtub. Excellent spa, gym, and even a large park on level 14 in the pool area where you can walk and run. A few minor cons. Disappointed to see Sensatia and not Penhaligon toiletries. Breakfast service was a bit iffy. Appreciated that a lot of items are a la carte but servers (actually one) forgot orders more than once and had to be reminded. Service in Writer's Bar was very good but the signature Jakarta Sling and Singapore Sling cocktails were both watered down with barely any alcohol and absolutely not worth the premium prices. In fact, the drink I really enjoyed was my (non-alcoholic) complimentary Hiyashiame. All in all though, a most excellent stay.

Stayed here for one night to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Loved everything about the stay, the room was spacious and clean, everyone was super kind and helpful. Special thanks to the butler team (Ragil, Soraya, Leiry and Pingkan who decorated the room with balloons.

I was here for few days, always have quick breakfast. Raffles is a good hotel with luxury interior, i'm enjoyed so much. Nothing special for me since it's been always business trip. But i realize one young lady named Aiu? Avu? From the restaurant. Cause she didnt wear tag name. She's really pay attention to me from the first i came until checked out. She remember my orders, my favourite table and also praise me before i'm left. Everyone did amazing service but she's just little bit different. Can't wait to back to this hotel soon.

I had a good stay in Raffles Jakarta. All the staff especially the butler there was nice and helpful, the check-in and check-out processes went smoothly, and the thing that makes me more happy is that they have a nice, extensive breakfast buffet. Oh, not to forget to mention that the room was very spacious. Go take a picture in there because the view is mesmerising and definitely makes you gain many likes on insta hahah. Looking for another photo spot? Go to the 14th floor! You can take a picture with a garden or pool view. I was very pleased with my stay and will stay again in the near future.

The services are very personal and in high quality standard The prime location is a plus though traffic jam during rush hour is unavoidable The local food should be more Indonesian in taste :-) Not to mention a major shopping mall which is one click away
